When purchasing LED displays, please don’t just look at the price . Price may often be an important factor that affects the sales of LED large screens. Although everyone understands that you get what you pay for, there are still some concerns when choosing an LED manufacturer. Consciously move closer to lower prices. The huge price difference causes customers to ignore quality. However, during actual use, you may remember that the price difference is actually a quality gap.
"Same model" of LED display screens does not necessarily mean "same product". During the sales process of LED large screens, I often encounter customers asking why your price is so much more expensive than others for the same model of display screen. I was actually shocked because the quotations I gave to customers were based on company channel prices. By chance, I discovered that the so-called products of the same model were actually different.
Let’s take the P4LED display as an example. Generally speaking, what we call P4LED large screen refers to a pixel pitch of 4.0mm, but there is a 4.81mm pitch on the market, which is a p4.81 display. For customers who don’t understand, Some sales staff use deceptive methods to claim that it is a P4 full-color LED display. In this way, the price gap will be more obvious, and many uninformed customers will think that they are buying a good product at a low price.

The higher the technical specification parameter value is not, the better. Generally, customers purchasing LED displays will choose several manufacturers for evaluation, and then decide on the LED large screen supplier. The two most important items in the evaluation are price and technical parameters. When the prices of LED displays are similar, technical parameters become the winner. Many customers think that the higher the parameter value, the better the quality of the display.
Is that actually the case? Let's take a simple example, which is also an indoor P4 full-color display, in terms of display brightness value. Some manufacturers will write 2000cd/square meter, and some manufacturers will write 1200cd/square meter. Is 2000 better than 1200? The answer is not necessarily, because the brightness requirements of indoor LED screens are not high, generally between 800-1500. Too high a brightness will dazzle the eyes and affect viewing. In terms of service life, too high a brightness will easily extend the life of the display in advance. Therefore, reasonable use of brightness is the correct answer, not that higher brightness is better.
The production and testing of display screens is not as short as possible. Many customers who buy LED full-color screens want to get the goods as soon as they place an order. We understand this sentiment, but the large LED screen is a customized product and requires at least 48 hours of testing after production is completed. The LED display screen adds 24 hours to the national standard to reach 72 hours of uninterrupted testing.
There are generally two problems with delivery times that are too short: First, there has not been sufficient inspection and testing, and the failure rate will definitely be relatively high in later use; On the other hand, some manufacturers do not have enough spot stock of the same batch, and it is possible that in order to take orders Use products from different batches. In this case, the display screen will have obvious color difference, which will greatly affect the LED large-screen display effect.
